While working as an accessories and jewelry editor, I came across A LOT of jewelry. You name it, I’ve seen it. From time to time I may follow a jewelry trend but I personally gravitate to more classic personal pieces because of their longevity and day-to-day versatility. Especially while investing in fine jewelry, I always recommend to my clients to purchase jewels that have staying power and that they don’t have to overthink while getting dressed. Of course, we still want to show our personality and style through our jewelry. That’s why I love the charm trend that has re-emerged. Specifically the hearts that perfectly collide with the upcoming holiday. A heart charm is a great nod to the holiday making it a great gift to give or receive. It’s also a classic shape, giving it great staying power. Layer it with existing personal jewels or wear it on its own. It goes with everything, no matter your style. It’s also something you can easily put back in rotation after taking a break from wearing it.
